What You’ll Need:
- Napkin Ring Template
- Scissors
Step 1 Download the Tie-Dye Pattern Napkin Ring Template, and print.
Step 2 Cut out napkin rings, following guide.
Step 3 Wrap the tie-dyed napkin ring around the napkin, fitting the ends together to secure.
Step 4 Repeat as needed.
