Darcy’s Thanksgiving Table from Food52 on Vimeo.
Set a table that will welcome your guests with small details that really stand out.
Try incorporating details and decor like:
– Brown kraft paper table runner
– Single blooms of fall flowers
– Wheat in a vase instead of flowers
– Seasonal fruit like pomegranates
– Snack mixes in small bowls
– A gold envelope that doubles as a place card—inside you can include a little card where your guests can write what they are thankful for. Collect and read aloud as you guess who wrote what! (see template here)
– Turkey takeaway—guests can take home as a favor! You can find out how to make our turkey here, but you can use anything you like—even a paper hand turkey can be cute!
