HOW TO:
Step 1 Download Love Note Napkin Ring Template print onto cardstock (shown here) or paper.
Step 2 Cut out, making sure to snip a slit where marked.
Step 3 Place rolled napkin in the middle of the band, bring both hearts together and slide slits into one another to secure.
