Everyone gets a winning hand when you serve sweet treats that look like heart playing cards. (And you’re the big winner, because they’re so easy to make!) Set them out as a dessert spread at a party or wrap them individually to pass out as Valentines to your friends or the whole class!
What You’ll Need
- Rice krispie squares 2.5 x 3.5” (you can also do 4X6 for a larger Rice Krispie Cake)
- Red Piping Icing
- Heart shaped sprinklesOptional for the larger hearts:
- Red fondant
- Rolling pin
- Heart cookie cutters
Optional for Decor: - Paper red circle confetti
- Metallic foil red circle confetti
- Paper heart confetti
How To:
Step 1 Pipe dots of red icing onto rice krispie square and press heart-shaped sprinkles on top. Or, just draw hearts out of the red icing and let dry.
Step 2 If making the larger heart, roll out red fondant to ¼ inch thick, cut out with a heart shaped cookie cutter, and adhere to cookie using a dot of red icing.
Step 3 Serve in a tray. Scatter confetti for decoration. (Optional)
