Double, double, toil and treats! Cast spells this Halloween with these chocolate-covered-cone witch hats. Fill with candy corn or other small treats for a surprise, use as a creepy cupcake topper, or set them atop a Wicked Witch Sundae that screams “I’m melting! Melting!” It all adds up to a ghoulishly great dessert that’s perfect for a Halloween party ice cream bar. Ding dong, the witch is delicious!
- Mini Ice Cream Cones
- Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate Wafer Cookies
- Candy corn or any other small, unwrapped candy
- Witch’s Legs Template
- Cardstock
- Scissors
- Green ice cream
- Ice cream dish
Step 1 To make witch’s hat, first melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double-boiler. Then dip each mini cone in the melted chocolate to coat the outside.
Step 2 Fill each cone with candy and set on a chocolate wafer cookie so that it look’s like a pointed witch’s hat. Set aside to cool.
Step 3 Fill a bowl with green tea ice cream and top it with a cone “hat”
Step 4 Download Witch’s Legs template, print onto cardstock, and cut out.
