- Cardstock
- Scissors
- Brad
Step 1 Download, I Love You Spinner template, print onto cardstock and cut out both circles.
Step 2 Cut out window where marked on the first circle and layer the circle with the window on top of the other one.
Step 3 To attach the circles together, insert a brad in center where marked, fold back its flaps to secure and let your Valentine spin away!
