Mini Mayflowers
Your table will be in ship shape with sailboat centerpieces setting out to explore a new world. Set the table with crayons so little cartographers can draw maps on a kraft-paper ocean.
What You’ll Need:
- Sailboat Template
- White paper
- Wooden skewers
- Red ribbon
- Doublestick tape
- Disposable food trays (we used biodegradable boat-shaped trays, but any container will work, from small bowls to cupcake holders)
- Fruit (crabapples and dates used here)
- Download Sailboat Template and print onto white paper.
- Poke skewer through the small sail, then the large one.
- Cut ribbon into 1-inch lengths.
- Secure a ribbon piece to the top of the skewer, attaching it to itself with doublestick tape (glue works, too).
- Place fruit in food tray and spear skewer into fruit.
